Shipping policy

Goods will be sent out as soon as possible. Subject to stock and production they will normally be sent out the same or following day and usually on a next day service.

However, many products are manufactured on an ongoing basis, stock comes in and out, and display on the website does not mean it is necessarily available to ship the same day.

It is therefore important to mention when you need your order by if there is a specific date.

Then we can check if there are any foreseeable issues with that date and contact you to advise if necessary.
If we can't meet your required date we will advise you and either you may choose an alternative or the order can be cancelled and refunded.

Once shipped the actual delivery is out of our hands and with a courier or Royal Mail. They all have problems from time to time and we cannot accept any responsibility or liability if deliveries are delayed.
